Christmas starts with a real tree!

From the 1st weekend in December each year, we welcome hundreds of families to choose their own Christmas tree or select from our pre-cut trees. We also have a selection of ‘wonky trees’ available to raise money for Young Minds (see below).

As Feddal is one of the UK’s largest Christmas tree suppliers, there is plenty to go around.

Trees

  • Our most popular Christmas tree, known for its excellent needle retention, soft, glossy foliage, and long-lasting freshness. Perfect for hanging ornaments.

  • Our more premium variety of Christmas tree. It has wonderful dense foliage, sturdy branches, good needle retention, and a subtle citrus fragrance.

  • The original Victorian Christmas tree that introduced the tradition to Britain in the 1840s. Known for its strong branches, pleasant scent and sharp, vibrantly green needles.

  • The Lodgepole Pine is a distinctive Christmas tree with long, slender needles, dense foliage, sturdy branches, and good needle retention.

  • The latest edition to the Feddal crop, blue spruce trees are notable for their vibrant blue-green colour, sharp needles and symmetrical form. It would be perfect for those families looking for a more unusual and visually striking tree.

  • Despite our best efforts, some Christmas trees don’t meet retailer standards. These so-called 'wonky trees' are just as festive and deserve homes instead of being destroyed. All proceeds from these trees go towards Young Minds (see below)

Feddal’s Wonky Trees

Although we spend all year making sure our Christmas trees are the best they can be for our wholesale market, there are still a few hundred trees that, despite our best efforts, refuse to play ball. We call these our ‘wonky trees’ and unfortunately they are often rejected by big retailers for not meeting their precise criteria for sale - but they are just as festive as regular trees and we believe they should be given a home for Christmas instead of being destroyed.

Feddal’s very own Kate Spurway has risen to this challenge and last year opened our very first retail business selling our wonky Christmas trees. These trees are about half price compared with regular trees and 100% of the money will go to support Young Minds, a charity that supports mental healthcare in young people and is very close to our heart here at Feddal.
